Late Season Cusk Ice Fishing

Take a relaxing trip to a pristine northern Maine lake to have nonstop cusk (burbot) action all day long as they prepare for their spawning run and eagerly bite during the daylight hours. Some offtarget species can also be caught including landlocked salmon, togue (lake trout), brook trout, and whitefish. Gear such as tip-ups, jig rods, augers, skimmers, pop-up shanty, and bait are provided. Depending on the ice conditions, an ice shack may also be available. Those who wish are more than welcome to bring their own gear if they want to.

Only available during March and parts of early April depending on ice conditions.

To protect our state's wild native coldwater gamefish resources, we encourage anglers to maintain a five-cusk limit with a minimum length of 18 inches

Full day: $500

Additional anglers joining the trip are $150 per person.
